When my wife and I go to our appointments at Norwalk Family Dentistry we are always greeted with a smile! The check-in process is quick and the paperwork minimal and there are always lots of pens on hand for me to use. They always have HDTVs and good music in the waiting room, but they never leave me sitting long. All of the staff are professional and courteous and always do a great job, and the dentists are very personable and genuinely concerned about our oral health. I am one of those people who would rather not go to the dentist. I have some very sensitive spots in my mouth and hate the sound of all the scraping. The team goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable by numbing sensitive areas to letting you watch what you want on tv to take you mind of things. They do a great job and we are lucky to have such a great group of people who really care about you in Norwalk.

I have been going to Norwalk Family Dentistry since early 2014. From the first phone call to ask if they could take on a new clients, everyone has been more than welcoming. They do everything to make you as comfortable as possible. I love their TV monitors that they pull right above of you so that you can watch the news or shows as you are getting work done. Norwalk Family Dentist Office is AWESOME!!!!! No one likes going to the dentist, but once you go to their office you don't mind the dentist anymore. Dr. Winslow is super and does everything to make your visit a good one and the staff is super also. Joyce S.

Although I live in Urbandale, I continue to receive my dental care from Norwalk Family Dentistry. I appreciate the competence and sincere concern of Dr. Grant and Dr. Winslow. That competence and concern extends not only to the rest of their professional staff, but to the administrative and office staff as well. They are always helpful and friendly. Wow! When is the last time you really felt good about going to the dentist?

My 2 1/2 year old son had his 1st trip to the dentist. While he was not as cooperative as I had hoped, Dr. Winslow and the hygienist were both so patient and caring while trying to get him to open his mouth. Even though he was uncooperative, I really appreciated their patience and positivity!

Broke a tooth one day before leaving for out-of-town work trip. Norwalk Family Dentistry got me in with very little notice. A temporary cap was quickly fabricated and installed, and it held until I got back in town. The next day they again got me right in and the permanent cap was installed in minutes. Feels like it is not even there. You guys rock!!

I love Dr. Grant! She is always quick, efficient, and above all, courteous. She never makes you feel rushed, though. If you have questions, she'll give you all the time in the world to answer them. I have recommended her to family and friends and they've all had the same experience. Thank you!
