I was greeted by 1ST name by the receptionist. My appointment started on time. After being made comfortable, my teeth were cleaned, polished, and inspected by Dr. Grant. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
I had a routine dental cleaning. I was waiting no more than 5 minutes prior to my appointment. The cleaning appointment was very thorough and my teeth felt much cleaner after the appointment.
After moving to Norwalk I decided to go local and so visited Norwalk Family Dentistry, and was very pleased. The staff are very friendly and the office is beautiful. The most modern equipment and well trained hygentists make it a great experience. Dr. Grant is a great person with a bubbly personality.
I do! And my kids do too. Dr. Grant caters to cowards (like me). She cracks jokes and sings to help me relax. Brandy is a fantastic hygienist and my teeth are always clean, smooth and white when I leave my appointment. Jan and Melinda are flawless with appointments and billing. I can't say enough good things about all the staff at Norwalk Family Dentistry. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
Dr. Grant and her staff are always friendly, helpful, and patient.
I am always greatful for the service and very professional service I and my family receive. We are always treated with respect and friendship. Thank you to all the staff for their caring and wonderful attention to our needs.
The staff were incredibly friendly and patient with my children. My 4 year old even asked when we could go back. The facilities were clean and orderly. Highly recommended!
I was in and out in no time and everyone was very professional. Makes going to the dentist a little less painful.
When you bite into a granola bar and your front crown falls out, you know you have a dental emergency. I called at 10:00 and was back to work on the afternoon. Norwalk Dentistry took care of my emergency with concern and professionalism. I was back to smiling!
