As always, very good service! Carrie was very thorough and explained things well; and Dr. Grant was great, as usual!
Everyone in the office is very pleasant and efficient. They keep to the schedule and you have a great customer experience. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great Dr.'s and great staff.
Setting up the appt. was very easy. The office personnel who answer the phone were professional, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The experience when I arrived for the appt was equally professional and well done. The hygienist and dentist were also efficient, pleasant, personable and a pleasure to deal with. Couldn't be happier.
Staff is friendly, always on time, always helpful
Making accommodations for a very "Senior" citizen is not always easy and is often at the senior's discomfort. Donna and staff not only made the experience easy, but were very reassuring to mom and her life needs. I can't thank them enough for helping mom with her denture issue. It is time like these I am thankful for compassionate medical professionals. Thanks to all.
Thanks for getting us in for our cleaning today. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I had forgotten my antibiotic and the assistants provided me with it prior to my cleaning. The hygienist was very thorough, gentle, courteous and knowledgeable during my cleaning. It is always a good experience when I visit the office.
Dr. Winslow and her staff are very pleasant. It's always a nice experience.
Norwalk Family Dentistry is welcoming and the dental hygienists and assistants have a way of putting you at ease- as well as Dr. Grant- she is very personable yet professional, and provides the best in technology, while maintaining a comfortable, relaxed environment. It is very noticeable that she treats each patient and each staff person with kindness and respect.
Always a great experience! Teeth feel amazing afterwards! Very professional!
