We had to make a change regarding appointment times/ people and the staff was so accommodating!
Katie, Dr Grants Asst, and myself had made mention just today about my file being at thick as the novel "War and Peace". I have been going to NFD pretty much since the Wright brothers flew their first plane. I have been a return patient for two solid reasons. As usual everyone was so nice and friendly. Friendly atmosphere at the office and very welcoming.
My son has had really bad experiences at our previous dentist. We switched to the Norwalk Family Dentistry. He is now comfortable with going to the dentist. Dr. Winslow and her assistant was so nice and very compassionate. They went over everything in a polite manner and answered all of our questions. I would recommend these ladies to all my friends. Thank you for making this a better experience for our family!!!
