My wife and I are VERY happy with Dr. Lay and his staff. The service is , and the prices are very reasonable. We have been visiting, biweekly for a couple of months, and are having long-awaited work, for which we had an existing estimate (from a chain Dental group) and additional necessity that has come up in the meantime, for approximately 30% of the estimate. Thank you, Dr Lay.

They try to be nice but ALOT of miscommunication between staff and doctor spread thin, wouldn't recommend.

Receptionist isnt very helpful or professional over the phone. It was completely difficult to get medication sent to pharmacy. The lady with a heavy accent called and said Hey when referring to me. Prior clerks were very helpful. Was more worried about future appointments than patients pain.

Horrible experience, Stay away due to they charge whatever they like even when you have insurance. They tried charging me $110 for each filling when the cost should've been $15.00. One of the assistants wears torn and dirty clothes, like she has never washed them. The teeth cleaning was incomplete, didn't used the dental floss at the end of the cleaning.
