Your company installed sod at our new house. They removed rocks, leveled the yard, added some soil. They worked around our landscaping, did not cause any damage to our deck, etc, They were punctual, professional, clean up was perfect and our yard looks fantastic! Highly recommended!

I also had a Cristo Home built, Norvells were contracted to do final grade and landscape. The bank held back $3k for this job. They were supposed to remove rocks, but literally hundreds are sticking up creating trip hazards. I removed 3 wheel barrow fulls of rocks just from part of the front yard. As for landscaping, I got some mulch, straw, 2 small bushes and 3 or 4 flowering annuals. Everything else died or I removed as they looked really bad. Also the crew is pretty rude and un-responsive to questions or requests.

We built a new home with Cristo Homes, which contracts Norvell's to do final grading, seed and straw on their new builds. We continue to be disappointed with the job that Norvell's has done on our yard. There are several areas that will roll your ankle due to random holes and valleys throughout, and the property line is a cliff when it should be a hill. No dirt was brought in - they just pushed rock around the yard and left. We still have many low spots inside the swale that gather water as a result. Clearly a bare minimum j... read more
