We were spoken to like idiots. Told by the man working that he had no clue what we were talking about when we asked for a specific product. Mind you it’s a common product type and we asked for it by name. He was so consumed by the fact that the store was busy, and that we mentioned smart lock that he failed to take time to step back and understand what we were looking for. I think NORVAC LOCK is great. I live in Loudoun County and travel over there to get my stuff done because the only place we have here anymore is BALDINO's and they aren't worth anything!!!
