These are GREAT PEOPLE! The post office had mistakenly delivered a letter with a request for flowers to my address instead of Norton's (twice). I sent it to them in a new envelope, since it was for a daughter's birthday. Well, today I received a lovely arrangement of flowers with a fun, wonderful thank you note! Well done Norton's!
