5 Star : My Experience Jim was wonderful throughout the entire repair process of my car after hitting a bear. He took it in almost immediately to check over and make sure it was still driveable while waiting for parts. After another issue a few days later requiring a tow truck I called him and he took care of everything for me! Absolutely top notch customer service and I would recommended you to anyone.
