My brother Malek Garawi wasn't seen but the doctor for a consultation due to being 20 minutes late due to construction and parking while having to be at work by noon. He had to wait an hour and Heather at the front desk was allowing people to go after him. He has torn his labrum. The glenohumeral ligaments are attached to the labrum which is a cartilaginous donut that surrounds the glenoid rim. They form the shoulder joint capsule, which provides stability to the glenohumeral joint. Half the arm elevation provided by motion ... read more

Visited here to be seen for what I thought could have been a sinus infection or strep … told the nurse there getting my vitals I had a very bad sore throat and headache and congestion , she brushed me off and was very dry and then proceeded to ask me if I wanted a covid test or a strep test ?? It was like she didn’t even want to do them !!!! I told her well yeah that’s why I’m here … 20 min later the doctor comes in and her attitude not much better she proceeds to tell me my tests were all negative … Her attitude was very d... read more

First I commend the kind lady at Tyler Center for linking me up at Middletown as the wait at Tyler was over five hours. Everyone at Middletown was kind and prompt. The M A allowed me to take a quick call as I’m to sick to pick up my grandkids at school. She was a sweet mom. The Dr kindly explained everything in layman’s terms with a great attitude! I’m very thankful to all that helped me today !

I took my son not Norton ICC in shelbyville this morning. Yes he tested positive for Covid on 8/4 and 10 days ends tomorrow. He is 3 and absolutely refuses to wear a mask. HE IS 3!! We sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes before they made me aware he had to wear a mask or the provider refuses to see him and it it Norton policy anyone over 2yo has to wear a mask. In disbelief of them refusing to treat my son with a 102.7 temp, I picked him up and walked out. Called pediatrician (who is Norton as well), they closed in 15 min... read more

I am writing this review from the ER, right now. I had been suffering from severe abdominal pain, with weight loss, for a month before i came in. Waited in room for hours, finally taken for scan, on way out technician had nose up to computer trying to see it. Back in room, waiting for 2 more hours, nobody checking on me. After 6 hours total, was told they couldn't find anything wrong with me. I was dismissed without a ride home. I'm sitting on bench outside of ER calling people for a ride home. Shaking and crying, feeling mi... read more

Had surgery 2021 by Dr Gum. He said that I would be pain free after surgery. That's a lie. I'm worse off now than I was before surgery. I've only seen the Dr 1 time and that was a few weeks before the surgery. Then I've seen the Dr Assistance for 3 or so months and she's been an absolute disappointment. Do believe anything that they say. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I can't believe that their even in business. I'm going to file an complaint with the BBB today and I am going to file a complaint with my Insurance also.
