She came back in to take blood and I watched as she put the needle in (2) times and dug around trying to find a vein !!! My sister was crying asking her to stop because of the pain!! The nurse tried to justify herself by giving all kinds of excuses!! No empathy!! My sister is 78 years old. It was nothing short of elder abuse!!!
