I recently brought my grandson in for an eye visit. The receptionist was rude, and most of my experiences with this office over the years are the same. The front office people are very rude. Both eye doctors at this office are nice, and this visit, the assistant was nice as well, however in the past we've also had rude experiences with the exam you get before the eye doctor. SO accommodating. They help me with anything I need at all times. Been seeing them for 20 years and i’d never go anywhere else!
Get you in get you out. Everything is rushed here. The doctor barely is in the exam with you for 5 minutes. Neither eye doctor in Farmington is acceptable. Find eye care elsewhere.
