The staff and Management were very rude to us. They treated us as if they didn't want our business or they were too busy to worry about us. We will never go back!

The guys at Nortons are very knowledgeable and extremely nice to their customers. Professional is an understatement. They were so helpful to this novice when I was deciding what to buy. They personally showed me everything and showed me the differences between them. Price was very close to internet pricing. Im glad I chose to support this local business.
