Hard to find parking spaces.
I will preface my post with the only negative aspect, I wish I could give the staff of Day Surgery more stars. From arrival to finish, the time that each person took to speak to my wife and I and explain everything was superb. I was nervous, as one should be for any surgery, but the smiles from the moment of arrival just made everything so calm. Excellent and professional
I had lab work at the CPA lab in Norton Medical Plaza 1 this morning. Im a mom of 5 and 2 of my kiddos are young at age 1 and age 3. My older 3 go to an elementary school where carpool is 7:10a so we're out early in the morning. I droppped them off and headed to get my lab work. Unfortunately our family has dealt with a lot of trauma and loss and my father committed attempted murder/suicide with him and my step mom when i was 18. The receptionist Chelsea is absolutely horrible and rude! She butchered my name and said if I had an American name she could pronounce it better! She needs to be fired
