Terrible service & awful way to treat customers! A tree fell on our roof. Norton sons did the estimate & I paid out front. They did a poor and incomplete job. Company did not cover what was described on contract and refused to talk with me. Mr Norton himself was disrespectful & condescending. I had to file with BBB.
Run from this company idiots that do not work well with adjustors.
