Overpriced HOA with no benefits to the owners whatsoever. They don’t even plow our sidewalks? Where’s the money actually go? Oh yeah, the checks get sent to Oregon. Extremely fast built homes with terrible color options. We were told our model of home wouldn’t be built adjacent to ours, however I can see about 4 of them just looking out my front window.
