Made an appointment for 10am and was back in the exam room by 10:05am. Dianne and Anna were very prompt, thorough, and courteous.
I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and ive been waiting now 46 minutes after my appointment. People who had appointments after mine have already gone back. Ive never been treated this way before by Nortons

I arrived 15 minutes early and I didn't have to wait longer than five minutes. The front desk staff was really nice and welcoming. I forgot the ladie's name that assisted Ms. Felicia but both of their bedside manners were exceptional. Ms. Felicia listened to all of my concerns and addressed them. They made me feel calm for a covid/flu test which I didn't think was possible. I highly recommend this location.
