I arrived 15 minutes early and I didn't have to wait longer than five minutes. The front desk staff was really nice and welcoming. I forgot the ladie's name that assisted Ms. Felicia but both of their bedside manners were exceptional. Ms. Felicia listened to all of my concerns and addressed them. They made me feel calm for a covid/flu test which I didn't think was possible. I highly recommend this location.
Quick and had the sinus infection fixed in no time
Very efficient. Appointment process was smooth. Provider (Diane Carter Gentry) was very thorough and professional as was all staff
No wait. Staff was lightning fast with care and exceptionally courteous. Best healthcare experience I've had in a while!
