Awful attitudes! My lord! Came in at 6pm (y'all close at 8) for an injured shoulder. Front desk acted like I showed up at 0759 or something. Telling me that they can do the X-ray but won't be able to read and deliver results until tomorrow. Ok fine no problem. Go through everything to check in. 30+ min later, get brought back. The nurse/MA takes a weight, then informed me "before we go any further, we don't have x-ray on site". Excuse me?! Why did check in and I wait then? Very rude and honestly wasted my time. Norton is just nort for me.
So I’ve only been here twice. The first time was fine. I had an appointment today to get stitches out of my finger. I had struck instructions from the hospital across the street to not bend my finger until the stitches out and that was a period of 8 days. She tried to tell me I should have been able to bend it right after I got the stitches and being very rude and disrespectful trying to tell me what I should have done regarding work. Wow, just wow! We are looking for a PCP for my daughter but went here for something in the meantime. Dora and Brittney were absolutely amazing! They were so courteous, patient, and extremely helpful. Everything went perfectly smooth and we accomplished what we needed. My daughter and I were both saying we wished they could be our primary!
