Old lady working @12:30 on 1/24 is very dismissive and rude & shouldn’t be in healthcare. She needs to be a truck driver with that attitude. The younger lady that worked here in 2025 was amazing & so nice. Try to avoid this location I don’t think the lady likes working here.
Longest wait ever. Waited an hour and said forget it! NP had a patient she was seeing about 30 minutes past another person who’s time it was to be seen (per the patient waiting who’s appt was 30 min prior to mines). She came out, signed someone in knowing she had people who had signed in, we’re sick, had been waiting for some time and were 30 min or more past appointment times. Woman behind the counter was rude and inconsiderate. If she had taken two seconds to have a conversation I wouldn't have wasted so much time today. I will be scheduling my next appointment at a different location.
