I am disappointed in Norton Healthcare. I went in for cold-like symptoms and was charged $795 for the visit (insurance paid some). The Covid test was $441, which I could have taken at home for$15 if I had known. I called billing and they were no help at all. I won’t be going back!
Be sure you CALL AHEAD to see if they have the vaccines you want. After scheduling online we arrived promptly for appointments, RSV for my wife and Covid-19 for me. Instead of calling us ahead of time, the TWO persons on duty both told us that they didn’t have either vaccine in stock. SO, instead of simply picking up the phone and making a simple call to let us know that ahead of time, both of them waited till we arrived to tell us. Got in and out for what I needed. They were helpful to me.
Very quick and good experience. I made an appointment and they took me right away at the time, no wait. The 2 nurses who triaged me were pleasant and helpful, and Dr. Sunita Gurung was kind, honest, caring, and knowledgeable. Everyone I dealt with in the entire store, including the pharmacist were kind and gave me get well wishes. I would highly recommend this location!
