Walgreens Clinic 10/30/24. Jessica Eaton is very rude, no manners and incompetent. Two days prior I made an appointment for a sports physical online. There was an option to prepay for service. I paid $25 co-pay online. I go to the appointment early today, Jessica Eaton was very short with me without prompt. Eventually she and then the nurse practitioner state they will not see me because I seem to have an attitude. To be clear there was no attitude. Simply stating facts, that I had already been charged. Called and was lucky enough to get an appointment for same day, showed up and checked in 30 minutes before appointment and was seen right on time, tests were done quickly and painlessly and results were prompt. Attending nurses and front desk were kind and efficient.
Great providers. Amy & Bev have seen me a lot of times. Front desk are welcoming. Highly recommend & glad they are in the neighborhood.
