I had surgery by Dr Norton about a decade ago after having a surgery that later failed elsewhere; I felt great until the first surgery came unstitched. I had prolapse of the bladder and rectum as I had a hysterectomy with the first surgery. Dr Norton performed a hysterectomy and bladder repair in 2016. We drove 7 hours from New Mexico in order to receive the care I needed. Dr Norton showed care and professionalism during our visits and completely understood my lengthy medical history of early childhood illness of Kidney Reflux disease. She is an amazing surgeon and I would recommend her to anyone.

Not a positive experience, I cried leaving her office 4 times. I felt she dismissed my condition as though I was crazy … I was so hopeful that going to a “specialist “ I would get some answers and resolution… I am now starting over with a new doc . Waste of time going to dr Norton

I came 15 min. late and they still were able to work me in. Dr. Norton was pleasant, easy to talk to, she understood my concerns & reviewed a previous doctors material with me. It was a very positive experience.

I have seen her 3 times now. In office, she tells me one thing. When I go to read my online chart summery notes they say something COMPLETELY different. I feel like I have gotten a different doctor every time I have seen her. She tells me things (even regarding the medicine she prescribes me) just to tell me something completely different the next time I see her. There has been no consistency and makes me feel like my symptoms are “beneath her” I didn’t go to her because I had unrealistic expec

I have been going to Dr. Norton for years and as my situation gets worse and worse have realized if she is completely against surgery and will do anything to prevent surgery or prevent me from getting better. Apparently just trying to schedule as many appointments as possible to bring in as much money without ever doing anything. Huge disappointment.
