Went to this location on 11/12/25 to get a cortisone shot for my knees I get there and get told we don't do those anymore. Could have told me that on the phone instead of wasting my time leaving work to get there. Instead I get Meloxicam which I'm not supposed to take due to my kidney problems. I'm pretty sure my PCP is going to flip out when he see that back on my medication list. Then was told I need to get knee surgery but have to get my BMI down so insurance would approve it. I had an excellent experience from intake staff, Dr. Sinicrope and his medical assistant. Everything was efficient and well explained. I would recommend them to anyone. I read some of the negative reviews and was confused. Long and short, I thought it was well streamlined, efficient and a great explanation was given.
Update: after I posted this review, the next day I was sent a message from the Orthopedic department stating that Dr Christensen would go ahead and see me and that my appnt time was booked for the following Monday afternoon. The appnt never showed up in my MyChart and I never received any text reminders, so I responded to the email that it seemed my appnt was never actually made. Seriously am so disappointed in this department at Norton, when I have so much more success with other Norton Departments. I truly hope this review saves a lot of people from wasting their time with this department. I likely have a torn rotator cuff, which is why I need to be seen by an Ortho doctor. The last few YEARS my rheumatologist, my neurologist, my primary care physician, and now my physical therapist have all insisted I need to be checked out by an orthopedic surgeon. I'm sorry but the first phone call was horrible. When I try to call to see if this office has received a referral from my son's doctor's office, she wanted to argue the fact they have a different address on file. My son hasn't been to any doctor like this kind for over 15 years. I went over addresses that possibly could be the answer and nope. And she still wanted to argue the fact.
