I saw Dr. Jeffrey Stephenson and it was a terrible experience. My symptoms were ignored, I was ignored, my reason for being there was not properly documented or treated, and the reason for my being there that caused my injury was a fall but he dismissed the fall entirely and told me my symptoms was from my blood pressure. They lost my husband after surgery, he sat in the hallway after 3 hours. Finally took me back to the wrong room. 4 hours later still can't find him. This is the worst hospital ever.
I came here a few years ago because I was having hip pain. They thought it was a torn muscle in my hip which would require surgery. After an mri with a dye, I found it wasn't that. They called said it was my scoliosis, nothing they could do. Once I didn't need surgery, they didn't want to have anything to do with me. Went back to my PT for scoliosis and he suggested I wear a heel lift. I did and it helped with my pain tremendously.
