Agree about Diane Brown! Used her 3 times in the years prior to leaving, AND selling our home. Went back upon returning, hoping to find her. My wife went first to secure an agent. A number of new “faces”. She was VERY disappointed!! A younger, (new to us) female was in the office. Very “disturbed” that she bothered her from her time on the phone.
