The guy in the warehouse needs to be fired immediately. I wont be going back ever again because of this guy. Read the other reviews and see the pattern
Fui a ordenar un material y estaba un señor chaparrito, ahí que habla español e inglés y no me quiso hablar español, le pregunté por unas cosas y se hizo tonto nada más y tuve que cancelar mi orden porque no me quiso hablar español

I love Norton. The people at the desk are awesome. The guys in the warehouse are also awesome. They speak English and Spanish. They have good products and reasonable prices ! If you have trouble with them then you are just a newb
I give it 3 stars because the guy unloading was cool he took pride in his job and I hope he gets hired in today. On the other hand the lady whom is the receptionist is rude. I asked her a simple question and she basically hung up on me. I was appalled that someone in that position would have little to no professional skills when dealing with customers/drivers.
