These guys suck at answering phone calls! Mueller by far the best!
I love Norton. The people at the desk are awesome. The guys in the warehouse are also awesome. They speak English and Spanish. They have good products and reasonable prices ! If you have trouble with them then you are just a newb
I give it 3 stars because the guy unloading was cool he took pride in his job and I hope he gets hired in today. On the other hand the lady whom is the receptionist is rude. I asked her a simple question and she basically hung up on me. I was appalled that someone in that position would have little to no professional skills when dealing with customers/drivers.
WORST place to buy steel. I can in for One 4x4 24ft and i had to wait 1 hour to get loaded! They guys are verY SLOW!
