I had an appointment scheduled today for 8:15am for wound care. I finished all my paperwork and waited. Several individuals entered the waiting room and were brought to the back immediately upon their arrival. By 9:15am, I left. I waited an HOUR to be seen and NO ONE provided any information on why the wait was so long. Will not be returning.
