Most wasteful, inefficient health facility ever involved in. Would not return phone calls, would not forward MRI (even though I paid for it), R. Mueller made promises, but no follow-up.
Dr. McCarthy listened to all my concerns, talked thru them with me & helped me get answers & solve my pain within a month. Best Dr I have ever seen.
The support team was pathetic. Stat perscription and referral to pain management was a Joke. Seen Dr on monday morning got perscription on Saturday that is definetly urgent. Because I asked and had enough information, I contacted Pain Management their Staff so helpful they contacted Leatherman for me to get me in as soon as possible. Don't know if your staff is overworked, lackadaisical or just grossly incompetent.
I've one surgery with Norton Leatherman Spine and was about to have a second one, but a newfound calcium blockage side tracked the procedures. Dr. Owens and Penny (his MA) are the best, seriously!
I am a longtime Norton's patient, but was highly disappointed with the quality, communication, and continuity of care of this office. The are not up to the standard of care that other Norton practices provide. They did not send my medical records that the insurance company requested for an MRI for a painful fracture in my back to be approved. I reminded them and they never responded. I eventually had to cancel my MRI as a result because they never bothered to send my records (all the while, I'm still in pain without answers ... read more
