He took the time to explain so many things to my fiancé and I including how to use our steam heater (we had no idea it needed to be refilled!) Pat was timely, detailed, and extremely thorough when he inspected our home in Rochester Hills. He has also been very helpful with referrals to local contractors and advice on minor issues for these first-time home buyers!
Patrick did an awesome job inspecting my new home. He identified things that I wouldn't have seen or had the knowledge to know it would have been an issue. He pointed out everything that he thought FHA would also flag. I'll gladly use Norton Inspection again and highly recommend them to others.
Fantastic experience working with Pat Norton since 2010. He helped me with my first house seven years ago. We were completely satisfied and hired him again for an upgrade this year. I would recommend Pat to friends and clients through real estate business. Inspections by Pat were very thorough to cover all exterior and interior of the homes. Various portions of the house were inspected in a very orderly fashion! A formal report with pictures and descriptions is produced at the end of the inspection.
