My wait too get in wasn’t bad, too see the doctor wasn’t bad but too get x-rays done was leaning towards ridiculous. The doctor came to the room too tell me he was looking for the tech because even he recognized it was taking way too long. Finally got the x-rays and was told ribs are hard too see on x-ray and the radiologist would look at them Monday and they would call. They did exactly that and confirmed exactly what I thought. I went to Norton Urgent Care on March 6th because I thought my foot was broken. I had a really hard time getting myself up to the counter, the lady said "How can we help you" I said I think my foot is broken as I am struggling to stand there while breaking out in a cold sweat. The receptionist proceeds to say do you have an appointment? I said no, I didn't make an appointment to break my foot, duh. Went in to get stitches taken out that they put in. Was told they don’t do stitches and asked if we had an appointment. After some back and forth we said we’ll just make an appointment and then we’re told they don’t do appointments. We were told it’d be over an hour wait and there was no one else there. Finally get back into the room and the nurse was rude and had an attitude the entire time. Would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I've had to take several drug test here last time they had the wrong name wrong SS# wrong address wrong employer on my paper work the only thing they had right was my name. Just got sent for another one let's see what comes out of this one and see if they make me do it again
