I have been seen here as well as both of my children. All of the staff is always kind and helpful no matter what we are being seen for. Even the follow up care far exceeds a Little Clinic or Fast Pace. APRN Christina Tobbe is wonderful and takes her time with you and discussing your care. You can also reserve your spot in line which helps when Flu season is in full swing. I highly recommend this Immediate Care center and will visit them every time if I cannot get into our Dr. Thank you!
I wish I knew the names of all the staff here, but I don't remember them all. My daughter and I saw NP Tobbe today. This was our first time visiting the Mt Washington location. The receptionist at check in, medical assistant and Christina Tobbe went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They were professional and attentive, making sure to verify all information as correct, medical history, medications, contact information, etc. Gave updates and checked on us. Immediate Care must mean something different in the healthcare industry. We arrived at 2:13 p.m. and got checked in, after 90 minutes and three other patients who arrived after us got taken back we asked when we would be seen. We were told our check-in time was 5:20 p.m. they did not let us know how long it was going to be before we could be seen. Evidently they don't tell people that there is going to be a ridiculously long wait unless they ask. This seems like a dirty trick. We left.
I took my daughter in for wrist pain. They were all professional and friendly. The follow up was great too. I would highly recommend. I like how you can reserve a spot online too.
