This place is a joke, please don’t waste your time. The NPs may sound knowledgeable, but they lack real life experience when trying to diagnose and treat. Came in for a non-emergent need, paid $50 for a copay, just for the NP to (I kid you not) say “I’m not really sure, and we are limited here in what we can do, so go to the ER”. The whole point of immediate/urgent care is to not spend 5+ hours waiting in an ER and not to clog the ER system with non-life threatening issues. Found a lump on my testicle, and they gave me an appointment 2 weeks out. I think that will give you an idea of what you'll be getting into as far as attentive care. Ladies at the desk are friendly and helpful, though.
Steven Turner is an awesome APRN. Too many doctors are patronizing, and Turner is NOT one of them. Appreciated the care I received from him.
Went in because I was having a terrible time, and not only was the staff friendly and professional, the front desk helped me learn about my own health insurance benefits. Should I get sick this feverishly again, I am definitely coming back here to get checked out.
