Found a lump on my testicle, and they gave me an appointment 2 weeks out. I think that will give you an idea of what you'll be getting into as far as attentive care. Ladies at the desk are friendly and helpful, though.
Steven Turner is an awesome APRN. Too many doctors are patronizing, and Turner is NOT one of them. Appreciated the care I received from him.
Went in because I was having a terrible time, and not only was the staff friendly and professional, the front desk helped me learn about my own health insurance benefits. Should I get sick this feverishly again, I am definitely coming back here to get checked out.
Went to this location for our son and the nurse practitioner was not professional and she misdiagnosed our son. Due to her negligence, we ended up visiting nortons hospital later that evening and got the correct diagnosis. Which was hand foot and mouth disease. Wont be back to this place, uneducated and careless staff.
Sent Me to the ER to pay a lot more money for something that any other Urgent Care is able to handle. If you think you need an x-ray you need to call ahead because you don't want to have to pay for double visits because they're not able to take care of your need. Will never go back. Also was there for 20 mins, no treatment, no xray or tests or anything, just a bill for $545.
