I initially scheduled an urgent care appointment with another facility. Elaine that checked me in was just wonderful. She was so nice and helpful. The provider I saw was excellent. As well as the medical assistant. Everyone was very friendly.
Always great care! Schedule ahead and the wait is short, even when they’re down on staff they are on top of it.

Wonderful staff and technicians at Norton! Service is very fast and efficient, and everyone is so kind.
The staff were polite, prompt, and friendly. I reported to the lab for a pre-hire drug screen and was kindly redirected to the Immediate Care Center. I was not chastised for not knowing otherwise, and that speaks volumes. The entire affair took half an hour, tops, including my mistakenly waiting in the wrong line. Three staff made sure I was who I claimed to be and instructions were very defined. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.
