Excellent care.
I've been treated here twice and I will never go anywhere else. This care center is well known by word of mouth. They have me feeling better quickly and i trust them. Dr Nelly is knowledgeable and a wonderful caregiver. Chastity is the kindest and most attentive caregiver and made me feel right at home. It is wonderful to know you have people that care so much caring for you ❤️
I had to go into the Norton Immediate Care Center, DuPont with terrible breathing. The staff at this facility was fantastic. My heart was acting up. They helped me and ran test on me. Prepare me for the hospital. Waiting for the ambulance to come. Thank you for your kindness and quick assistance.
I think I would have died in room and never noticed. I can not walk and did not consider important?? Could hear talk and laughter from employees and other patients information. Finally left and ask d me where I was going, the provider said she had emergency and hoped I was ok. Staff continued happy loud conversation. Don’t go if need healthcare. First time I've been to this care center and I was impressed. Very helpful and courteous people, everything went quickly. I made an appointment in advance, when we left the lobby was getting full. We mainly dealt with a young man named Jeremy, he was patient and knowledgeable. Hope we don't need to go again but I would definitely go back there.
