I went for a Sports Physical for my daughter. I did not have paperwork (didn’t know I needed to bring any). They had me wait a few minutes and found me the paperwork for the Sports Physical so she could have it that day. This allowed my daughter to try out for Cheerleading the next day!!! They saved the day!!!! I was very thankful as was my daughter! We will definitely be back.
I had sprain my ankle the night before and waited to go into Norton urgent care today, even though they were really busy I was out in less than two hours and having two x rays done. Thank you so much. Very grateful my ankle is not broken!!
Everyone at that facility was extremely nice and kind! Shout out to Nicole and Michelle. They were attentive answered all my questions without feeling rushed. My preferred urgent care facility now!
