They got me in quick, very kind, and thorough.
Norton Urgent Care got me in fast although the wait time was 30 minutes. The staff from check in to the doctor were polite, friendly and thorough.
Got in and out quickly, X-ray, special shoe and on my way. Everyone was courteous and the place is clean, with a pleasant environment.
I had an appointment at 1:30 PM and didn’t see the doctor until 3:30. Then I spent another hour and a half inside, finally leaving around 5 PM. The staff told me my finger might be fractured and put it in a splint. Later, after getting a second opinion, I found out I actually had a torn ligament — and in my case, the splint was contraindicated because a month had already passed since the injury.
