Walked in thinking this was the place to get my heart monitor put on today, was not so politely “greeted” by the first desk with all the purple. After giving her a compliment because I could tell she had major attitude and was trying to lighten the moment, without any response to my kindness she very arrogantly said umm that’s next door and pointed while looking me up and down like I was disgusting to her or something. The older lady at check-in is rude! Horrible experience. Sucks I have to change doctors now. Thanks to the lady up front with her NASTY attitude 🙃
I am very happy with the staff and the care I get from Dr Beanbloosom. He is very thorough and very friendly and talks to me so I know what he is saying. I have never, in 7 years of being a heart patient there, had any issues with any staff.
