Brought my fiance to the facility yesterday morning, she was throwing up and couldn't stop and the girls at the ER desk didn't even do there job. There was no band put on her arm. And when we spoke with the nurse back in the ER they said she should have been straight back. She ended up having her gallbladder removed. Just wanted to let you know that that 3rd shift desk help was crap....

I recently went into the ER on Valentine's Day, kinda rough spending that day there, but the staff was extremely amazing! When I say I've NEVER received healthcare as thorough and caring as I have at any and all Norton healthcare facilities, I really mean that.
