Keep in mind that any negative reviews are either from past employees who no longer work at Norton for good reasoning, or they are from past staff members who dealt with those past employees directly and I do apologize if you ever had a negative experience. Truthfully, this is a fantastic company to work for!
I have worked for Norton as a social worker for 2 years , I get a lot of autonomy and support when needed. The flexibility is perfect for a working mother. I receive diverse job opportunities and have worked with some of the most amazing people. I highly recommend this agency for social service workers.
Do not work for the food staff for schools, they will fire you without notice. It happened to me when they hired me and they fired me because the school I worked for told them about my behavior and didn’t let me say my side of the story. They do not give second chances and they will terminate you for the smallest things and leave you with a middle finger check in the end. Do not rely on them to get you a job, you will regret it.
