Not enough space to add my complaint my husband was there for almost 3 weeks. In that time no feedback from doctors, except hematologist, it’s like a brick wall. Families get get no respect, except from the nurses. They are the only redeeming quality of this hospital.

2 Giles: Nurses hang up on you when you are trying to reach them and ask them about your loved one's health. Room phones become mysteriously unplugged. They do not call you back. One nurse started out as helpful but later became agitated with us for calling because we could not reach our loved one. Another was helpful but he was nightshift. Staff drew blood and did finger sticks without gloves. They threw garbage and soiled items on the floor and left it. They document incorrectly. They put him in a room with no AC during a ... read more

Nurses hang up on you when you are trying to reach them and ask them about your loved one's health. Room phones become mysteriously unplugged. They do not call you back. One- count that- one nurse was helpful and it was the first day our parent was there. They document incorrectly. They put him in a room with no AC during a heatwave- a room that hasn't had AC in 2 weeks, that I overheard when they called in after we requested a room change.
