0 stars I had an appointment at Norton Pain Management downtown this morning and the entire experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I was running about 7 minutes late, so I did the right thing and called the 629 number ahead of time. I was told it would be fine and that valet parking was available. When I arrived, the two women at registration were sitting on their phones and completely ignored me. I have been a patient for years here. I have to get injections, etc. They have moved my doctors office multiple times, and for the worse each time. Now I have been piled into one room with multiple customers divided by curtains. Hippa? No need everyone knows your business. Sense of consitancy nah, let's change for the worse each time. Sense of pride or quality, nope not here, your in a disposable room and you are too.

Not enough space to add my complaint my husband was there for almost 3 weeks. In that time no feedback from doctors, except hematologist, it’s like a brick wall. Families get get no respect, except from the nurses. They are the only redeeming quality of this hospital.
