Hello!!!!!! My experience at Norton Pavilion on July 31st 2026 went in for a MIR appointment was veryyyyyyyy disappointed due to the fact how rude and inconsiderate the tech was I'm veryyyyyyyy claustrophobic I asked the tech to give me a minute so I could calm myself down her reply was I needed to hurry up and I'm not the only patient she has to deal with being claustrophobic after her commitment and how she spoke was veryyyyyyyy unprofessional she rushed my test then asked for assistance another staff gave me i use a cane ... read more

The care and treatment itself were good, but the punctuality and communication from much of the staff left a lot to be desired. Several questions were met with short, vague, or no answers at all, which made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. I understand a hospital isn't a place where everything happens quickly, and unexpected delays are part of healthcare.
