Today 12/19, 08:17. I brought my son to this hospital's emergency room in an urgent situation. After the registration process, we were asked to wait. After three hours, all the patients who arrived after us had already been seen. When we inquired about this, the response we received was unfortunately unprofessional and irresponsible, which led us to go to the university hospital, where things were completely different. Therefore, I urge the relevant authorities to monitor and hold these employees accountable.
I usually have no problems with this hospital, however tonight was different and I’m disheartened by it. While the doctor seemed kind, “nice" doesn't equal thorough care , especially when someone's body is clearly showing signs of a bigger issue. My cousin came in with a worsening, spreading rash that had developed over weeks, and even though she and myself (on speakerphone) expressed serious concern and directly asked for testing, no labs, no cultures, no skin scrapings were done. Llegue a emergencia con un dolor, lo comuniqué varias veces a la enfermera de recepción y solo dijo... tienes que esperar... fueron muy rápido para cobrar pero muy malos en el trato y atencion..
