I've been seeing Norton Eye for over 20 years and have always received exceptional care. I don't have vision coverage so price is important to me and thankfully their rates are very reasonable. I moved out of Farmington but still drive an hour each way for exams because I don't want to switch providers. They're great!
If you got nothing but time to wait for your glasses to come in and enjoy being talked down to go here.
Today was my very first Eye exam. From the moment I walked in the front door of Norton Eye Care, the receptionists were welcoming and helpful. The tech was thorough with explanations of each step, DR. Watson was thorough and thoughtful. It was overall a very positive experience. I’m excited to get my new eye glasses and highly recommend Norton Eye Care.
I love the eye doctor and she did a great job.
I was called in for a mandatory appointment due to an eye infection I got while using the contacts I was given here, I drove and hour to show up to the appointment and they never mentioned anything about insurance or a payment. Pretty unprofessional practice if you ask me. Patients should be given an itinerary on what to show up with but that may be a personal opinion.
