Norton Eye Care is an excellent place to go for eye exams and a large selection of glasses. The staff is friendly, and both doctors are pleasant and thorough with checking your eyes. Their prices are reasonable which helps when you do not have eye insurance. I will be moving this summer, but plan to keep going here even if it means a couple extra hours on the road. Thank you for excellent customer service to the staff of Norton Eye Care!
It’s always hit or miss here. The techs who take you back for the initial evaluation are usually nice, courteous, helpful…but the folks who work in the glass selection (one specifically) is just the worse. The last time I went in, I had a set of frames I liked and got online. The entire time, the woman dragged how they “were cheap” and how they carried some of the same frames “only because some folks can’t afford nice frames.” I guarantee I make more than even the doctor at the office, but it gave me a window into a disdain ... read more
kind staff! reasonable wait times
I previously had written a bad review for this place 3 years ago but would like to update. I recently obtained health insurance again which was extremely hard, but besides that after 3 years I called Norton Eyecare back to see what their wait time may be they still had me in their data base and considered me a patient in their office. Everywhere I called had a 6 month wait and I have been struggling with my eye sight and headaches for months, when I called to see when they could squeeze me in they offered a spot that someone... read more
