THERE IS NO CUTTING EDGE WHEN RETURNED. WE WAITED WEEKS TO HAVE A ZOOM CALL WITH JIM K AND IF IT WASN'T FOR MY OFFICE CALLING TO CONFIRM THE MEETING TODAY, WE WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN NOTIFIED BY JIM THAT IT WAS CANCELED. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
