Extremely disappointed with Norton's. I saw a "Provider" there about 2-3 years ago and now they're no longer practicing at this location. Norton's says I would be a new patient and will not see me for at least 5-6 weeks at this location. This means it is a constant domino effect of being a new patient if a "Provider" leaves. I chose Norton because they're supposed to be a trusted establishment, not because of a particular "Provider". My PCP is at audobon and several specialists.i live in Mt.Eden our satellite office is great
The sign out front should have read "now accepting new patients but we never have appointments available and if we do we'll cancel your appointment the day of" *To whoever replied* If you are the owner you have my contact information. You call me. Your people have never had an issue calling me to cancel appointments, so you shouldn't have an issue getting ahold of me either.
I have been going to Norton Taylorsville to see Melody Presley, NP for over 4 years! I love her kindness, knowledge and compassion to help you feel better. Her staff is amazing especially Betty!
