Walked in day before for flu shot said I needed a appointment so I scheduled one for 11:15 next day, arrived 11:10 after checking in online. Upon arrival they checked me in after 4 people inline, all of them got called back then 4 more people that checked in after me were called.One of the receptionist asked my name which indicated to me that she realized I was there longer than I should have been, told me I would be called shortly, 10 mins later another receptionist asked my name I told them I was there for a flu shot not h... read more
I came to This Norton Community Medical Associates clinic because I had a rash. I did everything I could to make it stop and I think it was from a detergent i bought, going on for 5 days. I went there on a Sunday and didn't realize they closed at 5 but they have a side clinic I was there at 5:33 4/5/25. There was a front desk worker who was nice and then a nurse and I'm not sure if the second person was a nurse, but she had the strange look on her face like she was grumpy or annoyed.
