The providers are nice. However, I had an appointment last Tuesday and needed a referral for an MRI. The appointment wasn't until Friday morning. I did not receive a call about the report until this Tuesday morning, only after I called twice. Then, I was told I need another MRI with contrast. (I have been in pain and on crutches for a week and half at this point).
