Recommendednice, professional, take good care of me.
We are second generation patients here, but recently the staff here has been so incompetent in carrying out simple refills and call backs that we need to find care elsewhere. Questions on mychart.com go completely unanswered sometimes indefinitely, sometimes for days or weeks. I’ve recently been waiting over 7 days (still waiting) for a refill transfer on a non narcotic maintenance medication. I have not had this pill for 7 days !!!! Very friendly, prompt and professional staff. Always seem to be on time. Have been seeing Dr Shaw for many years and really like him.

Dr. Monalisa Tailor is usually a nice person...but during my last visit, she was very rude. I was turning my volume on my phone down, because I was expecting a phone call right in the middle of my appointment, and she had an attitude. Then...I was trying to tell her about my medical issues...she cut me off, and caught an attitude. Which resorted in me having an attitude. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but I'm gonna let her know that my next visit will most definitely be my last visit to her. I show respect to ever... read more
I have no complaints with Dr James Railey in this office. My mom, son, and me are his patients. He's been my doctor since early 2000s. I never have a long waiting period with him. I am with my mom when she visits. We are completely satisfied with him.
So slow waiting still over 2hrs last time over 4hrs this Is ridiculous.
