An absolute joke. It is currently September. The last posted financials are from June. There is no budget for the community, only the presence of bank statements. There are no listed community covenants, rules, or guidelines. The only item shown is the cover page that states we are mandatory members of the HOA without informing the owners of what we are obligated to. Norton Property Management has been an incredible partner for our neighborhood. When they took over, our HOA was in rough shape, and they helped turn it into a properly run, organized, and well-managed association. They are consistently there when we need them and always communicate clearly whenever questions or concerns come up. grew up in one of these HOA’s as a child. We were harassed and fined thousands of dollars for grass growing too long in an area that wasn’t our property. In fact, it was behind the fence surrounded by other fenced in backyards. Yet we were the only ones getting fined. They would stalk our house and take photos as well as call us repeatedly after work hours demanding money. if you have the option: NEVER sign up to live on ANY of their properties!
