This review is based on Norton as a whole. April and the nurses were amazing and I wish I could stay for them. unfortunately, since Norton is the worst hospital I have ever dealt with, and I lived in five states. I had to change every single doctor for everyone in the household to stay out of the Norton network. With my children, it was impossible to get appointments, and the callback feature never worked. Dr. Mattingly and the nurses at this practice are amazing. If you manage to get an appointment with Dr. Mattingly, consider yourself lucky. She’s booked out for months, but you’ll love her. Please avoid Dr. Tavelli at all costs. My baby has had chronic ear infections and after 2 rounds of antibiotics his ear started draining puss again. I explained this to Dr. Tavelli and after a very quick exam he told me it was likely ear wax. Later that day my son woke up from his nap with puss all over his ear (see photos).
