Great service, clean environment and everyone is very friendly and respectful. I absolutely love taking my children there.
Reception is condescending and unhelpful. They love to point fingers when something is wrong or they have issues and take no accountability. And we’ve had a problem EVERY time we’ve gone in.. and we have literally zero problems anywhere else. Nurses are all right. Both doctors are OK. They do the minimum and that’s fine, but doesn’t feel like they really care. The only good thing about this place is location and at this point it’s not worth it. We’re switching practices. This review is based on Norton as a whole. April and the nurses were amazing and I wish I could stay for them. unfortunately, since Norton is the worst hospital I have ever dealt with, and I lived in five states. I had to change every single doctor for everyone in the household to stay out of the Norton network. With my children, it was impossible to get appointments, and the callback feature never worked. Dr. Mattingly and the nurses at this practice are amazing. If you manage to get an appointment with Dr. Mattingly, consider yourself lucky. She’s booked out for months, but you’ll love her. Please avoid Dr. Tavelli at all costs. My baby has had chronic ear infections and after 2 rounds of antibiotics his ear started draining puss again. I explained this to Dr. Tavelli and after a very quick exam he told me it was likely ear wax. Later that day my son woke up from his nap with puss all over his ear (see photos).
