First off where is your policy posted that only one parent can go back and the other one has to wait in their car? Also when they are back waiting who says someone cant go to their car or leave? These are things you may want to tell someone before they drive an hour one way with a 1 year old who has to sit outside on a car. If this is your policy then have it posted on the door or somewhere. RecommendedWe were here Tuesday for an MRI for our toddler. Katie was our sedation nurse and the absolute best thing to happen to us! She was so bubbly and made my toddler, my husband and myself feel safe and ready for that nerve wracking hour. I cannot recommend this medical center enough!! Thank you for all that you do!! Us parents greatly appreciate how much care you all put in your daily work! From registration to nurses.

Staff was very nice, pleasant and informative. We were in and out very quickly when my daughter had tubes put in her ears! Very nice place!
My daughter had surgery here and all of the staff were excellent! She is high anxiety and they made her fill super comfortable. They even had a therapy dog come in and lay with her during pre & post opt. She is VERY needle shy and the dog therapist as well as Danielle the actual phlebotomist kept her distracted that she didn’t even know she was getting an IV. My son has been seen here numerous times and has been Quick and thorough each time. I drive a half hour just to go here.
I took my oldest there for lab work and they were awesome! She's very needle shy and she barely noticed them taking her blood. 10/10
My girl had to get her tonsils out last week, it was hard on her and difficult to see her in so much pain, I have to give a huge shoutout to norton children’s medical center, she was so scared and the staff was so amazing, they braided her hair, gave her sticker books, and even brought in a dog to snuggle and help calm her nerves! With as difficult as this was they made it that much better by comforting her every step of the way. Thankfully she is on the mend and feeling much better!
