Super sweet staff, the nurses are great, I love this one specific hispanic nurse especially, she’s great with my baby and always gives her extra stickers. The doctors are all awesome and give in depth information. I do wish they recommend a hearing doctor sooner because my daughter needs ear tubes in, but otherwise a great place. Kathryn Owens is the sweetest doctor ever and I went to her when I was younger. I'm so happy I chose this pediatric office for my son. The front office staff and medical assistants are always friendly and helpful. My son's pediatrician is Julie Doering, and she is absolutely wonderful! She is so patient and kind, and she takes the time to thoughtfully answer any questions and worries.
Fantastic care from nurses and doctor when I recently took my daughter to the emergency room at Norton’s Children’s - Brownsboro. She had a severely infected ear piercing and had to have the earring extracted after the skin “swallowed” the back of the earring. The nurses and doctor explained everything they were going to do before doing it to build trust and coached her and I through the procedure, keeping us as calm as possible. They were extremely sweet and supportive!
We’ve been going here since our girls were 4 months old and they just turned 4. We love all of the nurses, especially Stephanie who takes care of us almost every visit. We typically see Dr. Morgan who is so good to our girls and gets us in on short notice every time. One of our girls sees several specialists and they have all said good things about the notes and decisions Dr. Morgan makes outside of their care. We love the office and everyone in it!
