Let’s talk about what a gem Makayla at the front desk is. She likes to talk to you condescending and snotty and argue with you about your copay. I’m glad there was no one else in the waiting area because wow that would have been embarrassing but I did have my child with me so I really appreciate how unprofessional Makayla was in front of my child.
